Role Description
This is a full-time, in office role located in Chhatral for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.



The manager will also develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensure a positive work environment, and handle employee grievances.

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills
Employee Relations and Performance Management skills
Knowledge of HR Policies, Procedures, and Labor Laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Experience in the manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
