Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Kolkata. The Sales Executive will engage directly with customers in-store, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate Apple products, accessories, and solutions. Daily responsibilities include product demonstrations, explaining features and benefits, assisting with configuration and basic setup,



and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. The role also involves achieving sales targets, managing billing and documentation, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and coordinating with the team on promotions and events. The Sales Executive will provide post-purchase guidance, support customers in accessing training or services, and uphold iTech® and Apple brand standards in every interaction.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and build long-term relationships.
Sales and negotiation skills, including experience working with targets, upselling, and cross-selling in a retail or similar environment.
Good product aptitude and willingness to develop deep knowledge of Apple hardware, software, and services.
Clear verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages in Eastern India i
