Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai for Engineer / Sr. Engineer / Assistant Manager / Manager in Process & Factory Automation Sales.



The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer accounts, and promoting automation solutions and products across process, safety, and factory automation domains. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, preparing and presenting technical and commercial proposals, coordinating with internal engineering teams and principals, and supporting customers through the sales cycle from enquiry to order closure. The position also requires regular customer visits, market research, participation in technical discussions and demonstrations, and maintaining accurate sales forecasts and reports. The role calls for a strong focus on customer relationship management, achieving sales targets, and representing the company and its partner brands professionally in the market.
