Role Description The Transport and Logistics Supervisor is a full time, on-site role based in the Dharmapuri district. This role oversees daily transport operations, including route planning, vehicle scheduling,



and coordination of deliveries from plants to distribution points. The supervisor monitors inventory movements, ensures accurate documentation, and maintains compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves supervising transport staff and drivers, resolving operational issues, and ensuring timely, cost-effective, and safe delivery of products. The supervisor also collaborates with customer service and plant operations teams to address delivery concerns, optimize logistics performance, and support continuous process improvement.
