Viral Glitch is hiring an Influencer Marketing Sales Manager.
We’re looking for someone who knows how to open doors, pitch ideas, build relationships and close business.
At Viral Glitch, we work with brands to build creator-led campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, UGC and performance influencer marketing. We’re also building technology around campaign execution with our in-house platform, CONNECT.
Now, we’re looking for a strong sales professional to help us bring more brands into the creator economy.
What you'll do
• Identify and generate new business opportunities
• Build relationships with brand and marketing decision-makers
• Pitch influencer marketing solutions and campaign ideas
• Understand client objectives and create relevant proposals
• Own the sales cycle from lead generation to closure
• Negotiate commercials and close deals
• Maintain strong long-term client relationships
• Work closely with the campaign team to turn signed deals into successful campaigns
What we're looking for




• 2-4 years of experience in sales, business development, media, advertising, digital marketing or influencer marketing
• Solid pitching, communication and negotiation skills
• Someone comfortable speaking with brand decision-makers
• Strong understanding of influencer and digital marketing
• Target-driven mindset with a strong hunger to close
• Existing brand/agency relationships will be a major advantage
• Good presentation and proposal-making skills
