Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in the Greater Delhi Area, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week. This role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing a strong sales pipeline, and building long-term relationships with potential and existing clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, conducting market research, qualifying prospects,



and presenting Webneed’s solutions to meet customer needs. The specialist will collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine value propositions, support campaigns, and provide feedback on customer requirements and market trends. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, preparing reports on performance metrics, and ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the sales cycle.
