About Us and the Role
Rowster is building an Al-native RV fleet management and tourism technology company, focused on transforming the way people travel and experience road-based tourism in India.
We are looking for a smart, proactive and highly capable Executive Assistant to the Founder who can work closely with the Founder across business operations, strategic initiatives, technology, coordination and execution.
This is a high-responsibility role where you will work directly with the Founder and interact with internal teams, external consultants and technology partners.
The ideal candidate should be a quick learner who can understand requirements, communicate clearly, take ownership and get things done.

Key Responsibilities
Work directly with the Founder on business and operational priorities.
Coordinate and follow up on important tasks, projects and initiatives.




Prepare reports, documents, presentations and business information.
Assist with business operations and organisational coordination.
Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants.
Support the implementation of business processes and systems.
Assist with AI, automation and technology-related initiatives.
Maintain and organise important business information.
Track deliverables, deadlines and follow-ups.
Identify operational gaps and proactively suggest solutions.
Ensure smooth communication between the Founder and relevant stakeholders.
Handle confidential business information professionally.
