About the job

As the Team Lead S2C, EMEIA - Indirect, you will lead a team of Sourcing Specialists based at Nouryon’s Mumbai, India office, while driving procurement excellence across multiple business functions and manufacturing sites. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective execution of sourcing and procurement strategies, delivering measurable cost savings and business value,



maintaining compliance with procurement policies and providing data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making.

Serving as a critical link between Procurement, Operations, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Finance and Business Leadership, you will play a key role in optimizing third-party spend, enhancing supplier performance, strengthening procurement governance and advancing continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers a unique chance to influence business outcomes, drive operational efficiencies, and contribute to Nouryon’s ongoing growth and success.
