Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven US Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting outbound cold calls to prospective US customers to generate leads, pitch insurance products, and promote various business services. The ideal candidate must possess an exceptional command of English with a fluent American accent, a proven track record in cold calling, and extensive experience serving US clients during night shift hours.

Key Responsibilities
· Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to US prospects to pitch insurance options and promotional service offerings.
· Qualify potential leads by identifying customer needs, pain points, and current insurance/service coverage.
· Pitch relevant products convincingly, overcome objections, and schedule follow-up appointments or live transfers for senior closures.




· Collaborate with the US management team to refine outreach scripts and outreach strategies.

Mandatory Requirements
· American Accent & Fluency: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with a clear, neutral-to-native American accent (Mandatory).
· Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of direct experience in outbound cold calling, telemarketing, or phone-based lead generation.
· US Client Exposure: Prior background working directly with US clients, US B2B/B2C campaigns, or US-based customer service setups.
· Shift Commitment: 100% availability and flexibility to work permanent night shifts aligned with US business hours.
· Domain Knowledge: Prior cold calling experience in the insurance sector (Life, Health, Auto, Property, etc.) or business services is strongly preferred.
· Technical Setup (if remote): High-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps), power backup, noise-canceling headset, and a quiet home office environment.
