SAP HR Professionals

Requirements

* Need to be analytical, logical and willing to learn new technology
* Strong performance in the current role
* Knowledge of SAP Payroll (at least one country) is mandatory
* Own the SAP configuration for multiple MNC Clients of Global View
* Provide consulting services to client base, as required
* Provide technical support for post-live issue resolution within Service Level
Agreement timeframes – specifically investigation, solution identification,
recommendation, configuration, unit testing and solution documentation




* Adhere to Global View configuration standards and conventions
* Adhere to ADP procedures and policies
* Prepare functional/technical specifications and change control requests
* Ensure that customer needs not effectively addressed within the current
offering, are communicated to Global View Product Manager.

RPO – US IT Recruiter Professionals

Requirements

* You are AIRS Certified, including, Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR),
Certified Diversity Recruiter (CDR)
* You have other, highly recognized qualified certifications, such as: PMP,
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM -- SCP
* You have a minimum of 8 years of directly related experience, either in a
corporate, RPO, or agency recruitment environment.
