We are looking for an experienced Audit Manager with solid CA Firm / Statutory Audit / Company Audit experience to lead and manage audit assignments and client engagements. Key Responsibilities 1. Audit Planning & Execution Plan, manage and execute statutory, company and financial audits. Review audit plans, audit procedures, working papers and documentation. Ensure audits are completed within defined timelines and quality standards. Identify accounting issues, financial risks and internal control weaknesses.



Review audit findings and provide appropriate recommendations. 2. Financial Reporting & Finalization Review and oversee finalization of books of accounts for various entities. Review financial statements in accordance with applicable Accounting Standards. Review ledgers, schedules, supporting documents and accounting records. Supervise reconciliations including GSTR, ledgers, books of accounts and accounting software . Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial reporting. 3. Team Management Lead and supervise a team of Audit Executives/Associates. Allocate assignments and monitor team performance and deliverables. Review work prepared by team members and provide technical guidance. Train and mentor junior team members on audit and accounting matters.
