M Jhunjhunwala & Associates is looking for a Semi-Qualified Company Secretary (CS Inter) to join our team.

Office Location: 8 Camac Street, Kolkata

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)
Eligibility Criteria Pursuing CS Inter 1–2 years of experience in a CS Firm Positive knowledge of Companies Act, 2013 and MCA Compliances
Key Responsibilities Filing and handling of all ROC Forms Drafting of Board Meeting Notices,



Agendas and Minutes Drafting and documentation of Committee Meetings CCPS Allotment and related compliances Incorporation of Companies and LLPs Conversion of Companies and LLPs Filing and management of Charge Forms Preparation of Directors' Report Maintenance of Statutory Registers and Records ISIN Activation and Dematerialisation of Shares Share Transfer, Transmission and related compliances Company Strike-Off Matters Annual ROC Compliances Liaison with MCA, RTA and other regulatory authorities
