TailorFlow AI is a Cambridge-based enterprise AI services company that designs and delivers bespoke solutions for complex business problems. We help enterprises and ambitious mid-market organizations identify valuable AI opportunities and implement systems that work in real business environments.
Our customers are based across the UK, South Africa, the Americas and Australia. Most work happens asynchronously, offering flexibility in how team members structure their day. Depending on the project, you should be comfortable maintaining three to four hours of overlap with the relevant customer geography.
We are a small, growing team primarily based in Cambridge, with newer team members working remotely from India. As our international customer base grows, we are adding more remote team members in India.

About the role




We are looking for a Technology Consulting Analyst who can connect client needs with the possibilities and constraints of AI technology.
You will help analyze processes, structure requirements, support solution design and coordinate communication between client stakeholders and delivery teams.

What you will do
- Understand client systems, data sources, workflows and integration needs.
- Translate business needs into structured functional requirements.
- Support solution-design discussions with analysts and engineers.
- Document process flows, data requirements, assumptions and dependencies.
- Assist with demonstrations, testing and implementation planning.
- Track project actions and communicate progress clearly to stakeholders.

What we are looking for
