We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Vice President – India Staffing to lead and scale our India Staffing business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in staffing sales, client acquisition, account management, delivery leadership, and P&L; management. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive revenue growth, build high-performing teams, expand client relationships, and deliver profitable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Sales
- Develop and execute the overall business strategy for the India Staffing business.
- Drive new client acquisition across IT, Engineering, BFSI, Healthcare, Telecom, Manufacturing, GCCs, and other enterprise sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, CHROs, Procurement leaders, and Hiring Managers.
- Lead the complete sales lifecycle, including prospecting, solutioning, proposal development, negotiations, and contract closure.
- Identify current market opportunities and develop strategic growth plans.

P&L; Ownership
- Own the complete Profit & Loss (P&L;) for the India Staffing business.




- Drive revenue growth while improving margins and overall profitability.
- Monitor financial performance, forecasting, budgeting, and cost optimization.
- Establish operational KPIs to ensure sustainable business performance.

Delivery & Operations
- Lead staffing delivery teams to achieve hiring, quality, and SLA objectives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, client requirements, and internal governance.

Client Relationship Management
- Act as the executive sponsor for strategic client accounts.
- Strengthen long-term partnerships with existing customers.
- Conduct regular business reviews and identify opportunities for account expansion.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and retention.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required;
MBA preferred.
- 18–20+ years of experience in the staffing and workforce solutions industry.
