We’re Hiring | Business Development Manager – Hospitality Technology

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, OTA ecosystem, and hotel technology landscape.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying current business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, building relationships with hotel partners, and driving sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies for the hospitality market
- Identify, approach, and onboard hotels and hospitality partners
- Build and maintain relationships with hotel owners, General Managers, Revenue Managers, and other key decision-makers
- Manage the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and product presentations to commercial negotiations and closure
- Identify strategic partnerships and new market opportunities
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently work towards defined revenue targets
- Work closely with internal product, operations,



and leadership teams to ensure successful partner onboarding and account growth
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and developments across the OTA and hotel technology ecosystem

Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related discipline
- MBA/PGDM is preferred but not mandatory
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Partnerships, or Key Account Management
- Prior experience within OTA platforms, Hospitality Technology, Hotel SaaS, PMS, CRS, Channel Management, Revenue Management, or related solutions is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of hotel distribution, online bookings, and hospitality operations
- Demonstrated experience in managing B2B relationships, negotiations, and deal closures
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills
