We’re Looking for a BDM Who Thinks Beyond the Script

We’re looking for a smart, driven, and highly proactive Business Development Manager who enjoys figuring things out, taking ownership, and building things from the ground up.

This isn’t a role where you simply follow a calling script or work through a predefined list.

You’ll be expected to think, experiment, execute, learn,



and own outcomes across inbound and outbound sales in an Enterprise SaaS / B2B environment.

What You’ll Own
- Handle and convert inbound sales opportunities into qualified pipeline.
- Drive outbound sales and prospecting across target accounts.
- Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for high-value accounts.
- Research accounts, identify decision-makers, and understand buying personas.
- Decide the right outreach channel, messaging, timing, and approach for different prospects.
- Develop personalized email, LinkedIn, and other outbound content.
- Experiment with different outreach methods and continuously optimize for better results.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and leadership to improve the overall GTM strategy.
- Take complete ownership of prospecting activities, follow-ups, meetings, and pipeline generation.
- Identify new opportunities and proactively take initiatives beyond define
