Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Yardi Administrator to manage and optimize our Yardi Voyager platform in support of our multifamily property portfolio. This role is responsible for system administration, data integrity, reporting,



and ensuring the platform's associated modules run smoothly to support property management, accounting, and leasing operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary system administrator for Yardi Voyager, ensuring accurate configuration and ongoing maintenance
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions across the platform
- Maintain data integrity across property, unit, resident, and lease records
- Administer and support associated Yardi modules (e.G., RENTCafé, Yardi Procure to Pay, Payment Processing, Yardi Screening, Affordable Housing/LIHTC if applicable, Ancillary Services, CRM/Leasing)
- Build and maintain custom reports using Yardi Report Writer or similar tools
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with Yardi support for escalations
- Support month-end and year-end close processes related to system data
- Assist with recent property onboarding/setup and portfolio acquisitions or dispositions within the system
- Train property-lev
