Overview

The Program Coordinator keeps each Fedstack cohort running on schedule: managing logistics for information sessions, coding challenges, and technical screens, and making sure candidates and recruiters always know what's next. This role is the connective tissue of the cohort: you'll own the calendar that every other function (recruiting, marketing, design) depends on, and you're often the first to notice when something in the funnel is off track, whether that's a scheduling conflict, a booking integration issue, or a stage where candidates are stalling.



You'll work closely with the recruiting team on daily pipeline snapshots and with leadership on post-cohort reflection sessions, turning operational detail into insight the team can act on for the next cycle. Strong organizational instincts and comfort juggling many moving deadlines at once are essential.

Responsibilities
- Own the interview process from an operational perspective, ensuring all steps flow smoothly from a candidate and internal perspective
- Coordinate the Zoom/Squarespace/booking integration and flag issues that affect candidate scheduling
- Send candidate communications and reminders to keep funnel drop-off low between stages
- Maintain accurate pipeline records and daily snapshot reporting alongside the recruiting team
- Support post-cohort reflection sessions by compiling metrics and feedback
