The candidate for this position will be a part of the Admission Counseling Team at Sanjivani University and will be responsible for both lead generation and lead conversion . Using a consultative and target-driven approach, the candidate will engage with prospective students and parents, understand their academic aspirations, counsel them on suitable programmes, and drive admissions through disciplined follow-up and closure.

This is a full time, target-oriented role based at Kopargaon, Maharashtra (near Shirdi) . Candidates must be willing to relocate and take complete ownership of assigned admission targets.

Responsibilities

- Meet and exceed individual admission and conversion targets
/n
- Generate new leads through calling, referrals, outreach, follow-ups, database activation, and other approved channels
/n
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding programmes, career pathways, eligibility, and admission process
/n
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions through structured follow-up and effective counseling
/n




- Maintain strong communication quality and professional tone during telephone and in-person interactions
/n
- Build rapport and establish trust with students and parents throughout the admission journey
/n
- Maintain accurate lead status, follow-up records, and conversion updates in CRM / admission tracking systems
/n
- Re-engage inactive and old leads to improve conversion opportunities
/n
- Coordinate with the Admission Team for campus visits, counselling sessions, documentation, and closure support
/n
- Take complete ownership of assigned leads from first contact to final admission
/n
- Maintain professional grooming and presentable appearance during all candidate and parent interactions
/n
- Participate in admission campaigns, calling drives, exhibitions, outreach activities, and other lead-generation initiatives as required

Qualifications

- 2–5 years of target-based sales experie
