We are looking for an entrepreneurial Business Head to build and lead a new Personal Care & Cosmetic Ingredients business vertical for a rapidly growing specialty ingredients organization
This is a greenfield leadership opportunity for a commercially robust professional with deep expertise in the personal care & cosmetic ingredients industry, strong industry relationships, and the ability to build a business from the ground up.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, Biotechnology or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in the Personal Care & Cosmetic Ingredients industry.
- Strong experience in Business Development, Key Account Management or Business Leadership.
- Established network across cosmetic manufacturers and global ingredient suppliers.
- Track record of launching new product lines or building new business verticals.
- Strong commercial negotiation, strategic planning and people leadership skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and build a business from scratch.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India and internationally.
Preferred Product Exposure
Experience with one or more of the following will be preferred:

- Develop and execute the business strategy, annual plans and growth roadmap.
