Overview:
We are seeking a high-impact Social Media Manager who takes full ownership of a brand's
digital persona, from strategic planning to community building, ensuring every post aligns with
broader business goals.
Core Responsibilities
● Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive social media
calendars. You are responsible for the "why" behind every piece of content.
● Community Engagement: Monitor brand mentions and lead active conversations with
followers. The goal is to turn a passive audience into an active community through timely and brand-aligned responses.
● Performance Analysis: Track key metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and provide
monthly reports that go beyond surface numbers to offer actionable insights for the creative team.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Video Editors and Designers to
ensure high-quality asset production that fits the platform-specific algorithms and trends.
Technical Requirements
● Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube algorithms, including best practices for formats like Threads and carousels.
● Analytics Tools: Proficiency in social listening and management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite) and native platform analytics.
● Copywriting: Ability to write persuasive, brand-appropriate captions and hooks that drive CTR and engagement.
● Trend Integration: Ability to identify emerging viral trends and sound bites, adapting them for skilled brand contexts with speed and relevance.
● Project Management: Experience managing production workflows in Notion or Trello to ensure consistent posting schedules.
