n• Install, configure and manage LANs, WANs, wireless networks, routers,
nswitches, firewalls ,SDWAN (Software defined WAN)and other network
nhardware.
n• Responsible for a large WAN environment, involving multiple networks and data
ncenters, ensuring maximum availability and capacity while ensuring adequate
nsecurity
n• Work effectively on cross-departmental projects
n• Support network administration of a 24x7 infrastructure; participate in 24x7 on
ncall rotation
n• Perform troubleshooting analysis of problems with network infrastructure,
nworking with ISP or vendors
n• Manage network user access and permissions.
n• Manage network systems back up.
n• Document network problems and resolution for future reference
n• Maintain network diagrams and documentation




n• Generate and maintain documentation as it relates to network configuration,
nnetwork mapping, processes, and service records
n• Monitor network performance, and implement performance tuning
n• Apply knowledge of firewalls and intrusion detection systems
n• Provide prompt communication and status reports on critical activities
n• Ensure proper security practices are followed in accordance with established IT
npolicies and procedures, PCI and SOX Compliance.
n• Install, configure VOIP phones, thin clients/desktops for new users.
n• Manage cabling and telecom infrastructure to ensure smooth operations of our
ncustomer delight center.
n• Work closely with business and other IT teams to fulfill infrastructure
nrequirements for recent hires, office relocations.
nRequirements
n• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar
n• 5+ years of network administration/engineering exper
