About the Role We are looking for a highly connected and technically skilled Technical Sales Specialist / Consultant to drive business development across India for our high-precision Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems.
This position is ideal for an established industry professional or consultant with an active network of contacts across India's semiconductor OSAT/ATMP ecosystem, wafer fabrication facilities, and micro-precision manufacturing plants. You will leverage your existing executive relationships to accelerate market entry, open target accounts, and manage technical evaluations.

Key Responsibilities
- Network-Driven Lead Generation: Tap into your established professional network to open doors and map key decision-makers (Plant Managers, Quality Directors, Operations VPs) across India's semiconductor and precision hubs.
- Consultative Technical Selling: Audit target clients' technical requirements, cleanroom standards, and defect tolerance levels. Position our AI-driven AOI capabilities to demonstrate clear ROI (reduced manual QC, improved yield, lower false-call rates).
- Evaluation Management: Coordinate sample defect testing, wafer/substrate dataset collection, and trial evaluations with international application engineering teams.
- Deal Closure: Lead technical discussions, commercial negotiations, RFP responses, and contract finalization.
