About the Role
nWe are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager – Client Servicing to manage key client relationships and drive successful execution of integrated marketing and advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in an advertising agency, solid communication skills, and the ability to coordinate seamlessly between clients and internal teams.
nKey Responsibilities
nClient Relationship Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.n
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.n
- Understand client business objectives, challenges, and marketing goals.n
- Identify opportunities for business growth and account expansion.n

nCampaign & Project Management

- Lead end-to-end management of advertising and marketing projects.n
- Prepare and manage campaign briefs, timelines, and deliverables.n
- Coordinate with creative, strategy, media, digital, production, and vendor teams.n
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope,



and aligned with client expectations.n

nStrategic Planning & Execution

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective communication strategies.n
- Contribute to campaign planning, presentations, and client proposals.n
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.n

nFinancial & Commercial Management
n
- n
- Manage project budgets, estimates, and profitability.n
- Track billing, invoicing, and payment collections.n
- Ensure commercial compliance and maintain healthy account margins.n

nBusiness Development
n
- n
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.n
- Support new business pitches and presentations.n
- Contribute to agency revenue growth through strong client retention.n

nDesired Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.n
- 4–7 y
