nJob Description & Summary
nThe profile focuses upon onboarding a self-motivated and self-driven skilled to lead the decarbonization transformation for our clients, resulting in EBITDA improvement. The Director/Associate Director will be at the center of digital transformation initiatives across sectors enabling integration of renewable energy, improving energy efficiency, building upon climate change frameworks, cost take out and performance improvement. This would be a client-facing leadership role responsible for originating, selling, and delivering large transformation engagements.

nResponsibilities
nDrive enterprise-wide EBITDA improvement programs through value-engineering, cost optimization, and digital performance levers across manufacturing and services.



Integrate Digital transformation programs for the clients focusing on:

- n
- Energy transformation: Integration of renewable energy and battery energy storage system (BESS), energy efficiency, and green fuels – green hydrogen/ammonia/methanol. Energy management dashboards for the enterprises to track the real-time flow of energy along with sources, cost, and source-wise consumption.n
- Cost optimization: Designing and implementing AI and advanced analytics for capex project management (across greenfield and brownfield expansions) and operational improvement.n
- Contract analytics: Tracking key contract terms and associated value for the client covering – roles and responsibilities, timelines/milestones, implications of missed timelines, liquidated damages, cashflow/working capital monitoring and management.n
