Job Description:

We are looking for a high-impact Solution Manager to anchor our CPG portfolio's pre-sales and solutioning engine. This is a client-facing, commercially oriented role where you will own the end-to end solutioning lifecycle from discovery and shaping proposals, pricing, and executive storytelling-for US-based CPG clients. You will partner closely with our Sales, Delivery, and CoE teams to craft differentiated, insight-led solutions in AI/ML, GenAI, and Analytics-translating complex technical capabilities into compelling client narratives and winning proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Sales & Solutioning:
- Own the solutioning process for CPG accounts across RFPs, RFIs, proactive proposals, and capability pitches targeting US market clients.
- Lead client discovery workshops and structured intake sessions to elicit business problems, define success metrics, and translate them into solution blueprints.
- Architect AI/ML, GenAI, and analytics solutions aligned to CPG-specific use cases (e.g., demand forecasting, RGM, trade promotion optimization, supply chain AI,



consumer intelligence).
- Structure POC / prototype scopes with explicit problem framing, success criteria, effort estimates, and commercial hypotheses.
- Build and own proposal narratives-from executive summaries and solution architecture to delivery approach, team structure, and commercial constructs.
- Executive Storytelling & Client Engagement:
- Design and deliver high-quality executive presentations for C-suite and VP-level stakeholders at CPG clients.
- Craft differentiated points of view (POVs) and thought leadership content that position MathCo as the preferred AI partner for CPG enterprises.
- Represent MathCo in client-facing meetings, workshops, and orals-acting as a trusted advisor and solution expert.
