Hands-on experience in Employee Center / Employee Center Pro

Exposure to Now Assist AI and AI-driven workflows

Experience in ServiceNow Portal Development (UI Pages, Widgets)

Knowledge of ServiceNow Process Orchestration

Experience with Dashboards, Reports, and Data Visualization

Familiarity with SharePoint Integration

Robust scripting skills in JavaScript and REST APIs

Responsibilities:

Develop and configure ServiceNow portals and sub-portals

Implement UI/UX components for Employee Center

Support process orchestration and workflow automation

Configure approvals, ticketing systems, and dashboards

Assist in building POC with AI-driven capabilities

Perform testing, debugging, and validation of solution
