Job Summary:

The Agency Recruitment and Development Manager (ARDM) is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and developing a high-performing sales team or agency force. This role involves leading recruitment efforts, training agents, and ensuring they achieve business targets. The ARDM plays a key role in driving sales growth, enhancing productivity, and maintaining strong relationships with agents and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Selection:
- Identify, source, and recruit potential insurance/financial agents.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on company requirements.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Training & Development:
- Organize onboarding programs and ongoing training for new and existing agents.
- Conduct workshops, coaching sessions, and mentorship programs.
- Enhance agents' sales skills, product knowledge, and market awareness.
- Performance Management:




- Monitor and evaluate agents' performance against set targets.
- Provide guidance, feedback, and strategies to improve sales productivity.
- Implement performance incentives and motivational strategies.
- Business Development & Sales Growth:
- Drive agency sales by ensuring agents meet sales targets.
- Assist agents in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Support agents in client acquisition and retention.
- Relationship Management:
- Foster solid relationships with agents, clients, and key stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing support to agents to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at networking events and industry seminars.
- Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure all recruitment and sales activities comply with regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment and sales performance.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
