Job Description

We are seeking a thoughtful and collaborative UX Designer to help create intuitive, accessible, and meaningful digital experiences. In this role, you will guide the design of features and defined product experiences from discovery through delivery, translating user needs and business requirements into clear, effective solutions. As a mid-level UX Designer, you will work with a meaningful degree of independence while partnering closely with product managers, engineers, stakeholders, and business executives. You should be comfortable navigating complex design challenges, making informed design decisions, and clearly communicating the rationale behind your work. This role is ideal for an UX designer who has developed a robust foundation in user-centered design, works collaboratively within a growing team, and is ready to take on complex UX interfaces in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

What You'll Do • Drive the UX design process for features and defined product areas,



from early discovery and concept development through detailed design and implementation. • Translate user needs, research findings, business goals, and technical requirements into intuitive and effective user experiences. • Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to explore and communicate solutions. • Plan and participate in user research and usability testing, incorporating insights and feedback into design decisions. • Present design concepts and recommendations to cross-functional partners and stakeholders, while clearly articulating the rationale behind design decisions. • Contribute to and apply established design systems, patterns, and accessibility standards to create consistent experiences. • Participate in design critiques and team-oriented working sessions, giving and receiving constructive feedback. • Partner with engineers throughout implementation
