Hiring | Senior Manager – Statutory Audit

nWe are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Statutory Audit to lead high-value audit engagements and work closely with senior stakeholders across listed and large unlisted companies.

nThis is an chance for a strong audit professional who can combine technical expertise, leadership, client management and commercial understanding to deliver high-quality statutory audit engagements.

n? What You’ll Be Responsible For
n

nLead Audit Engagements
n

nLead end-to-end statutory audit engagements for listed and unlisted companies.
nDevelop audit strategies, perform risk assessments and ensure effective execution of audit procedures.
nDrive engagements from planning through completion while maintaining quality and timelines.
n

nTechnical & Regulatory Expertise
n

nEnsure compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, 2013, SEBI (LODR), RBI guidelines, ICAI Standards and other applicable regulations.




nStay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirements and assess their impact on engagements.
n

nLead & Develop Teams
n

nManage, mentor and develop audit teams, building strong technical and professional capabilities.
nAllocate resources effectively and ensure timely delivery across multiple engagements.
n

nClient & Stakeholder Management
n

nBuild strong relationships with clients and understand their business, risks and audit requirements.
nPresent audit observations, key findings and recommendations to senior management and Audit Committees.
n

nQuality & Review
n

nReview and finalize audit working papers and reports.
nMaintain high standards of audit quality, documentation, independence and professional ethics.
n

n? What We're Looking For

n? Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
n

n? Experience: 5–10 years of experience in Statutory Audit.
