Job Description

Key responsibilities include:
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy, sound judgment, ownership, and attention to detail, escalating only material risks or decisions.
- Lead multiple creative workstreams across time zones, maintaining priorities, schedules, dependencies, and documentation.
- Advise stakeholders, challenge unclear requests constructively, and recommend practical creative solutions aligned with business objectives and brand standards.
- Create and quality-check high-impact visual communications across graphic design, presentations, video, motion graphics, and responsible generative AI workflows.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Identify customer needs and create strong creative proposals.

- Develop creative materials, including videos, graphic design assets, infographics, and slide designs for presentations.
- Efficiently manage and self-organize workload.

- Oversee multiple projects, managing timelines and customer relationships effectively across different time zones.
