We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven skilled to drive motor insurance business through the agency channel. The candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing insurance advisors to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and onboard new insurance agents/advisors

Develop and maintain a productive agency network

Drive motor insurance sales through agents
-
Conduct regular training and motivation sessions for advisors

Ensure achievement of business targets (premium & policy count)

Maintain strong relationships with agents and customers

Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDA guidelines
Eligibility Criteria:

Age: Up to 37 years
-
Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in General Insurance / Motor Insurance / Agency Channel

Strong sales and team management skills
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills
