The Branch Head / Senior Branch Head in the Agency Business Partner Channel will be responsible for driving sales performance,

managing key business metrics, supporting Agency Business Partners (ABPs), and ensuring sustainable business growth. The role

involves building and leading high-performing teams, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring compliance, and

implementing business strategies to achieve organizational objectives.

Minimum 6 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a team management role. Prior experience in the BFSI sector will

be preferred.

Essential Qualification

Graduate (minimum); Postgraduate preferred.
