The Program Manager provides strategic leadership to cross-functional and engineering teams, driving execution of business objectives and program deliverables. This role establishes transparent priorities, defines success criteria, and ensures alignment across stakeholders while fostering a sense of urgency and accountability. The Program Manager also mentors quality engineers, leads software quality discussions, and collaborates closely with business and program leadership teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule, within budget, and with competitive market features.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver NPI and Installed Base (IB) programs, ensuring quality, schedule, cost, and business objectives are met.
- Define program strategy, execution plans, milestones, risks, and success criteria; provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Drive product roadmap execution, product quality initiatives, and alignment with Product Management, Product Owners, and business teams.




- Provide cross-functional leadership across the product lifecycle, including concept development, design, validation, pilot trials, release, and post-release support.
- Develop business cases and drive decision-making through collaboration with Engineering, Sourcing, Finance, and global business teams.
- Manage medium to large complex programs from initiation through closure, including planning, resource allocation, budget management, issue resolution, and SLA adherence.
- Foster collaboration across teams, negotiate priorities, resolve conflicts, and manage external vendor relationships.
- Champion Agile practices by facilitating planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and delivery governance while promoting team accountability and transparency.
