Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in technical program management.
- Experience working on consumer-facing mobile applications and high-frequency transactional/utility products in the FinTech, Payments, or Commerce industry.

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in applying up-to-date AI/ML tools, Large Language Models (LLMs), and agent-based automation to advance technical program management practices (e.g., autonomous dependency tracking, predictive risk analysis, and process optimization).
- Experience collaborating effectively with distributed Engineering, Product Management, Partnerships, UX, Legal, Compliance, and Finance teams.
- Understanding of the India digital payments and utility ecosystem, including UPI, Bharat Connect, regulatory landscape (RBI, NPCI), and key market players.
