nResponsibilities:
n1. Overseeing all aspects of taxation including GST and TDS, ensuring compliance with
nregulatory requirements.
n2. Understanding of Inventory movement and transaction recorded at Production floor and
nat Finance & Accounts Dept.
n3. Managing and maintaining accurate accounts records, including general ledger entries,
nfinancial statements, and account reconciliations.
n4. Audit of all types of Inventory related book entries on daily basis ensuring different
nclassification of stock types.
n5. Inventory warehouse wise monitoring & reconciliation.
n6. Month end closing of Inventory Books and monthly inventory valuation reports
npreparation.
n7.
Validation of actual process loss.
n8. Conducting financial audits, which are independent checks of an organization's financial
nposition.
n9. Preparing detailed reports on tax, accounting activities, and presenting findings to senior
nmanagement.
n10. Filing income tax returns and ensuring proper tax planning
n11. Report on effectively utilization of resources at production floor.
n12. Review of Inventory related reports extracted from ERP or other existing software and
nmake MIS reporting for Management.
n13. Budgets preparation.
n14. Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
