Job Description
Responsibilities:

Lead the design and delivery of HR technology and data solutions that support business priorities and enhance employee experience.

Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable, effective solution architectures.

Develop and maintain architecture frameworks for core HR systems including talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement platforms.

Support transformation initiatives by aligning HR technology capabilities with evolving business needs and operational goals.
