Job Role :- Peer Review Associate

Job Purpose

-
Review submitted manuscripts in Track to ensure compliance with submission criteria and readiness for peer review.

-
Invite, assign, and assist reviewers in completing their reviews through Track.

-
Follow up with editors, associate editors, reviewers, and authors to ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.

-
Ensure authors of accepted manuscripts submit the required electronic contributor form in Track.

-
Verify accepted manuscripts for completeness before sending to production, including

-
Export accepted manuscripts to the Production Editor within agreed deadlines.

Respond promptly to queries from editors, associate editors, authors, reviewers, and staff.

Maintain and update Track email templates as per journal needs.

Guide the Editorial Assistant and handle escalations

Maintain the Daily Tracker for all ongoing tasks.

Send the weekly PRA user performance report to the Peer Review Supervisor and US Manager.

Ensure overdue task reports for your journals are updated with comments before weekly meetings.

Troubleshoot Track functionality and ensure proper site performance.

-
Keep sites updated in alignment with global standards and initiatives.

Collaborate with US and UK teams to launch selected current sites.
