Position Overview

The Strategic Client Solutions (SCS) Analyst works closely with Account Managers (AMs) to support and expand relationships within strategic client accounts. The role focuses on account management support, client retention, operational excellence, and year-over-year account growth. This is a highly visible, team-oriented position with some client-facing responsibilities and minimal travel requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Account Support & Revenue Growth
- Support Account Managers in maintaining and growing strategic client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with client playbooks, workflows, and account-specific guidelines.
- Coordinate new client engagement setup, including conflict checks, chance creation/closure in Salesforce, and job setup.
- Prepare and manage necessary contractual documentation and requirements.
- Monitor project and client communications, ensuring timely follow-up and escalation where required.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Project Management, Finance, Review, and Operations to gather data and support client needs.




- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and analysis for Account Manager review.
- Review and quality check monthly invoices and work with Finance teams to ensure billing accuracy.
- Analyze account, billing, and reporting data to address client inquiries and support decision-making.
- Attend client meetings, project calls, and internal business review meetings.
- Support cross-jurisdictional and global client matters in collaboration with internal teams.
- Communicate effectively with client stakeholders regarding contracts, SOWs, billing, reporting, and account processes.
- Provide general operational and administrative support to Account Management teams and clients.

Required Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience supporting clients within the legal services, legal operations, litigation support, eDiscovery, or related legal-industry environment.
