Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced MI / Reporting Engineer – Billing Transformation to design, develop, and maintain robust Management Information (MI), operational reporting, dashboards, and analytics solutions supporting a large-scale Billing Transformation programme.

The role requires solid expertise in reporting technologies, Snowflake, Power BI, SQL, billing processes, Order-to-Cash lifecycle, and data modelling. The ideal candidate will deliver accurate, timely, and trusted insights across billing operations, revenue, invoicing, collections, disputes, and transformation KPIs.

Key Responsibilities





Management Information & Reporting
- Design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions that provide visibility into Billing Transformation initiatives and operational performance.
- Build reports and dashboards covering:
- Billing and invoicing operations
- Revenue and billing accuracy
- Customer billing lifecycle
- Billing exceptions and disputes
- Collections and receivables performance
- Service and product billing trends
- Transformation programme progress and KPI tracking
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and convert them into scalable reporting solutions.
- Develop executive-level and operational dashboards to support strategic and tactical decision-making.
- Publish and manage governed datasets to enable self-service analytics for Finance and Billing Operations teams.
