Job Description: 10 BDC7A Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and translating them into functional specifications. You will engage in brainstorming sessions to explore innovative solutions, ensuring that the applications align with business objectives and user expectations. Additionally, you will participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall improvement of application design processes, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team. Roles & Responsibilities:



- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application design.- Develop and maintain application documentation to ensure clarity and consistency.- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in application design. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kotlin Programming Language.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot.- Solid understanding of application design principles and methodologies.- Experience with version control systems such as Git.- Familiarity with agile development practices and methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Kotlin Programming Language.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
