Job Description:

Working Days: 6 days working, Week off on any day of the week between Monday to Thursday and will be working on all festivals like – Diwali, Ganpati, Dussehra, Holi, Parsi current year, etc

Working Time: 9 Hours Shift

Location: Marine Lines

Facility: Bachelor accommodation will be provided with food

JD:
- To build a quality team and lead it.
- Monitors the quality aspects of incoming raw materials to the organization and the products that are ready to be shipped.
- Ensure that manufactured products meet the specified quality standards.
- Carry out full study of and life cycle of the product.
- Should have knowledge about food laws & regulation.
- Candidate should be able to implement food laws & hygiene protocols and monitor food processes.
- Developing standards & identify issues in production line.
- Set up the complete chemical and micro lab.
- Work closely with QA and Production team to ensure quality material is produced and delivered.
- Comply with paperwork of all FSSAI rules and regulations (Reports + Plant)
- Filling of Form D2
