Role: Package Consultant – Workday Integrations

We are looking for an experienced Workday Integrations Consultant with strong expertise in designing, developing, and supporting Workday integration solutions.

Key Requirements:

✔ Workday Integrations Certification (Preferred)

✔ Workday Studio Certification is highly preferred

✔ Robust hands-on experience with Workday Studio

✔ Experience with Core Connectors, EIB, and Workday Orchestrations

✔ Expertise in Workday Web Services (REST & SOAP)

✔ Experience building integrations with third-party payroll vendors using PICOF/PECI

✔ Strong knowledge of XSLT development, Calculated Fields, and Advanced Reporting





✔ Ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex integration solutions

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations

Build and support inbound and outbound integrations

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders

Ensure data accuracy, system performance, and integration reliability

Support payroll and third-party vendor integrations

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong Workday Integration experience

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Experience working in enterprise-scale Workday environments
