Drive business growth by ensuring the achievement of sales targets for the team of managers and FLS professionals. Align territory objectives with overall company goals and implement action plans to achieve them. Team Management & Development: Manage a team of Managers and FLS professionals, ensuring efficient performance and growth. Provide guidance, coaching,
