Profile- Relationship Manager – Business Banking (Working Capital)
Location- Kolkata
Qualifications & Experience:
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or Management (MBA preferred)
• 2–6 years of experience in business banking or SME lending
• Experience in credit proposal writing and financial analysis is essential
Job Purpose:
To acquire and manage small to mid-sized business clients (SMEs/MSMEs) by offering working capital solutions such as cash credit, overdraft, bank guarantees, and trade finance.
The RM is responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring credit quality, and maintaining robust client relationships.
