Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic and creative Marketing Associate to support our lead generation, campaign execution, and client engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, data-driven strategies, and creative storytelling. This role will provide hands-on exposure to running marketing campaigns across multiple channels, managing databases, and contributing to conversion funnel optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Campaign Management :

Generate leads through digital and offline channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, WhatsApp Communities, YouTube Ads, and events.

Assist in strategizing and executing ad campaigns across various platforms.

Monitor and report campaign performance to ensure ROI-driven marketing outcomes.

Data & Funnel Management :

Manage and organize the database of potential clients and leads.

Track and maintain accurate lead data across CRM and marketing tools.

Support in funnel management from micro conversions (interest, inquiries) to macro conversions (sales,



sign-ups).

Client Communication & Engagement :
