Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - The role of Discrete Event Simulation / Plant Simulation Specialist requires to develop simulation models on Plant/production, logistic or warehouse systems processes. - The Specialist needs to perform What-If scenario and do analysis to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and provide solutions to improve current plant performance and also validate future states/ scenarios - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
