About the Role
- Lead end-to-end execution and delivery of project finishing works, ensuring adherence to schedules, specifications, BOQs, and quality standards.
- Drive project planning, monitoring, and reporting to ensure timely completion and successful handover of projects.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure governance and control of project documentation, reporting, audits, and compliance requirements.
- Identify risks, drive operational excellence, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project performance and client satisfaction.

About You
- 10-15 years of experience in construction project management,



with significant expertise in project finishing works and successful handover of multiple large-scale projects.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering; PMP certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of greenfield construction projects, particularly interior fit-out and finishing works.
- Proven capability in project planning, scheduling, execution, documentation management, stakeholder coordination, and risk management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and client management skills with a focus on delivering exceptional project outcomes.
