Job Description

Key Responsibilities

● Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Java and Selenium WebDriver.

● Design, enhance, and maintain automation frameworks using TestNG/JUnit, Page Object Model (POM), Data-Driven, and Hybrid frameworks.

● Execute automated and manual test cases for functional, regression, integration, and system testing.

● Collaborate with product managers, developers, business analysts, and QA teams to understand business requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios.

● Identify, document, track, and validate defects using defect management tools.

● Improve test coverage and optimize automation execution to enhance software quality.

● Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins.

● Perform API testing using Rest Assured and Postman.

● Utilize AI-powered testing tools to improve test case generation, defect prediction, test optimization,



and overall testing productivity.

● Integrate new software solutions with existing systems while ensuring compatibility and interoperability.

● Perform root cause analysis of production and testing issues and implement preventive solutions.

● Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and testing standards.

● Mentor junior QA engineers and provide technical guidance on automation best practices.

● Work effectively within Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

● Strong hands-on experience in Java programming.

● Expertise in Selenium WebDriver.

● Experience with TestNG and/or JUnit.

● Robust understanding of automation framework design, including Page Object Model (POM), Data-Driven, and Hybrid frameworks.

● Experience in manual testing, including functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
