Interested candidates can email their resumes to Position: Bench Sales Team Lead Team Management: 8–10 Bench Sales Recruiters Location: Habsiguda, Hyderabad - India Job Type: Onsite Exp level: Senior Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST Share your resumes at Key Responsibilities: • Validate consultant profiles, resumes, immigration/work authorization documents, and other onboarding documentation before moving consultants into bench marketing. • Understand each consultant’s technical background, experience, preferred roles, location, visa/work authorization, and rate expectations to identify suitable requirements. • Work closely with consultants to prepare them for client and vendor interviews, including technical discussions, communication, presentation, and interview readiness. • Manage and guide a team of approximately 8–10 Bench Sales Recruiters. • Assign consultants to recruiters, monitor daily marketing activity, submissions, interviews, and placements.



• Review job requirements received from vendors and clients and ensure consultants are submitted only to relevant opportunities. • Build and maintain solid relationships with vendors, implementation partners, staffing companies, and client contacts. • Monitor recruiter productivity, submission quality, interview ratios, placements, and overall team performance. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and present performance, challenges, pipeline, and placement status to senior management. • Coordinate consultant contract-position onboarding, including documentation, rate confirmation, vendor coordination, background checks, purchase orders, and onboarding requirements. • Follow up on submissions, interview feedback, offers, onboarding status, and consultant start dates. • Maintain accurate records of consultant marketing activity, vendor communication, requirements, interviews, and placements. • Identify gaps in consulta
